It is where the Pharoses used to live a long time ago. But one of the biggest mysteries is the pyramid. Little is known about how they were built. Although the Pyramids have been around for about five thousand years, it is still not sure how they were built. Most probably however the were built using ramps, levers, and pulleys. The old myth of a hundred thousand men constructing the pyramids in twenty year is not true. It is mathematically impossible. If a hundred thousand men built the pyramids then three hundred fifteen blocks which way about two and half tons would have to be placed everyday. There are seven thousand three hundred and five days in twenty yeas.There are about 2,300,000 blocks of stone in a pyramid. The ramps then would have to be lenthended and rased every day. If that were true the ramp itself would have the about the same volume as the pyramids. There is also another myth of slaves and Jewish slaves building the pyramids. That myth has also been proven to be false. As a matter of fact the people who built the pyramids were compensated for their labor mainly by food. The reason food was given because the farmers would work on the pyramid off-season. The workers had a bunker that held about a thousand men, and this is where they lived during the construction of a pyramid.
